RS&H is looking for an Aviation Division Leader to drive innovation and growth across our South-Central Division (Texas and surrounding states).

We’re seeking a dynamic leader with a strong presence in Texas who thrives on building teams, forging client relationships, and delivering transformative solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience within aviation infrastructure development
  • Established client relationships/marketing and business development experience
  • Strong supervisory skills and record of leading multiple/multi-discipline teams
  • Excellent organization and motivation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to travel across the Division to existing/potential Airport Clients
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
