We are currently recruiting for an experienced, high performing Senior Finance Manager to support Abbott's Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division in our Sylmar, CA or Austin, TX locations.

This position is a high visibility role on CRM's Division FP&A team. The Sr. Finance Manager will provide leadership oversight, coordination and planning, to execute the FP&A processes and ensure timeliness, accuracy and integrity of financial information. This role is also responsible for delivering analytics and business support to enable informed decision making by the executive staff as well as presentation worthy performance summaries to be shared with senior leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead enterprise planning processes including Annual Plan, Latest Best Estimate (LBE), and rolling forecasts for the CRM Division, driving alignment across the full P&L and balance sheet while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timeliness.

  • Own financial close and performance reporting, delivering clear, actionable insights on monthly results, key business drivers, and variances to plan, forecast, and prior periods to support executive decision-making.

  • Design and enhance scalable planning and reporting tools, leveraging systems and process improvements to streamline consolidation, improve data integrity, and enable efficient delivery of corporate and divisional requirements.

  • Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team, with responsibility for talent development, coaching, succession planning, performance management, and recruiting to support current and future organizational needs.

  • Establish and manage an integrated planning calendar, ensuring cross-functional coordination, accountability, and on-time delivery of all financial cycles and key deliverables.

  • Serve as a strategic finance partner and key liaison between Division FP&A, CRM commercial and functional finance teams, Medical Devices HQ, and Corporate FP&A to ensure consistency, alignment, and effective communication of financial priorities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degrees preferred. CPA or other certifications also preferred

  • 10+ years combine experience in Gen. Acctg, cost acctg, FP&A.

The base pay for this position is

$130,700.00 - $261,300.00
