Our challenge

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven professional to drive new business growth within the Insurance vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of acquiring new clients, building executive relationships, and selling digital transformation, consulting, and technology services to insurance organizations.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New Jersey, NJ is$150k - $180k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients within the Insurance industry
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure
  • Build and maintain relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with delivery, solutions, and leadership teams to create tailored client solutions
  • Develop account strategies, pipeline management, and revenue forecasts
  • Drive growth across areas such as digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, application development, and managed services
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • 10+yearsofexperienceinITServicesandConsultingsales,withastrongfocusontheInsuranceand/orRetirement/WealthManagementdomain.
  • Proventrackrecordofdrivingnewbusinessdevelopment,acquiringnewlogos,andconsistentlyachievingrevenuetargets.
  • StrongunderstandingofInsurance,Annuities,Retirement,andWealthManagementbusinessprocesses,products,andtechnologyplatforms.
  • DemonstratedexperiencesellingITconsulting,digitaltransformation,cloud,data,AI,applicationmodernization,andmanagedservices.
  • EstablishedrelationshipswithInsuranceclientsandkeybusinessandtechnologydecision-makers.
  • Experienceworkingwithglobaldeliverymodels,includingonsite,offshore,andnearshoreteams.
  • Excellentcommunication,executivepresentation,negotiation,andstakeholdermanagementskills.
