Job description

Working as an Associate Director, you will supervise and lead multiple retail stores to meet and/or exceed area sales objectives channel by generating the sales of wireless products, services and applications. You will support the Retail Store Managers who report to you in achieving consistent operational excellence in all company standards, directives, and initiatives. You will also support AR doors.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed area sales objectives by coaching, developing, motivating and encouraging sales team.
  • Interview, hire and make necessary discipline decisions including terminations for Store Managers
  • Maintain ownership mentality and accept personal accountability for Area performance.
  • Spend at least 50% of your time visiting retail locations scheduled and unscheduled visits to monitor the customer experience and ensure excellent customer service is being delivered. Provide monthly store and representative performance feedback.
  • Ensure attainment of reputation metric goals. Analyze business reports to formulate action plans for positive performance.
  • Plan and maintain headcount for all responsible territory.
  • Develop employees for growth and promotion.
  • Ensure that all Store/Kiosk Managers have properly completed training requirements in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate weekly personnel training/educational sessions.
  • Perform store operational audits during scheduled and unscheduled visits, that include monitoring inventory levels, required human resources postings, dress code adherence, etc
  • Reinforce and deliver consistent Store Standards according to company guidelines.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the managers have appropriate inventory availability and that inventory management of assigned stores/kiosks meet or exceed operational standards.
  • Ensure that all Store/Kiosk Managers have properly merchandised according to plan-o-gram guidelines.
  • Provide strategic direction to ensure the communication, implementation and execution of marketing and merchandising programs.
  • Facilitate large meetings with such topics as training, compensation, product or customer experience and other promotional events.
  • This is a second level supervisor position.

Required Qualifications:
  • Three years successful sales experience of which at least two years must have been as a manager.
  • Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
  • Ability to motivate and lead direct reports.
