Regional Director of Health Services
Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a seasoned Regional Director of Health Services to lead clinical operations across a newly acquired region of six communities located in Farmington, NM; Clovis, NM; Fernley, NV; Mesquite, NV; Yuma, AZ; and Butte, MT.
This is a high-impact role for an experienced clinical leader who thrives on travel, relationship building, and bringing consistency and clinical excellence to communities joining a new organization. You will partner closely with Executive Directors and community clinical teams to support regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, clinical systems, and staff development across the region.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience as a Regional Director of Health Services or similar multi-site clinical leadership role in senior living
  • Active RN license with multistate (compact) licensure
  • Ability to travel extensively across the region, with residence within one hour of a major airport
  • A reliable personal vehicle
  • Residence in New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, or Montana strongly preferred
