Introduction
We are looking for an Aftermarket Distributor Manager to join our Distribution Management Organization North American team. In this role, you will provide technical and commercial support through a comprehensive understanding of Metso's products, spares, wears, screening solutions, support software, and application areas, contributing to strengthening distributor performance and driving aftermarket growth. You will report to the Head of Aftermarket Distribution Sales, USA & Canada.
This role is based in Brookfield, WI USA, with hybrid working options available.
This role includes approximately 50-60% travel across the Central U.S. region.
Team you will belong to
You will join a team of Aftermarket Dealer Specialists focused on distributor development, aftermarket growth, and customer value creation. Our team plays a key role in supporting dealer success, driving revenue growth, and strengthening Metso's market presence, with a shared focus on building strong partnerships and delivering value-added solutions. We collaborate closely with distributors, end customers, Sales Area teams, and internal product and service organizations.
What you'll do
• Support distributors in executing aftermarket growth initiatives and achieving commercial targets
• Manage, mentor, and coach distributors on short- and long-term business opportunities
• Provide training and guidance to develop distributor capabilities and improve customer support
• Coordinate and support complex quoting processes with distributors and internal teams
• Enhance dealer capability to independently sell value-added services and solutions
• Coach distributors on stock optimization to improve service levels and availability
• Develop and execute business plans and growth strategies with assigned distributors
• Maintain and manage distributor opportunities within CRM (Salesforce) and drive market intelligence insights
What you'll bring
• Experience in heavy industry, preferably aggregates, mining, or related equipment
• Strong knowledge of crushing and screening processes and applications
• Proven ability to work in a customer-focused, service-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with distributors, partners, or indirect sales channels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
