Position Overview

We’re hiring a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, financial performance, and customer service excellence at our branch. This position is ideal for a strong leader who thrives on developing teams, optimizing branch performance, and driving results through collaboration and service.

As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee personnel, sales, inventory, and distribution processes while maintaining a culture of safety, accountability, and respect.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the branch team with effective communication, motivation, and clear performance expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet growth and profitability goals.
  • Manage all aspects of branch operations, including financial performance, personnel, inventory, and vendor relationships.
  • Coach, train, and develop employees to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Review financial indicators to measure branch success and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, DOT, Hazmat, and employment regulations.
  • Manage fleet resources to meet daily customer service and delivery requirements.
  • Oversee warehouse slotting, storage layout, and inventory control to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized facilities that reflect company standards.
  • Collaborate with other Branch Managers and the Regional Operations Manager to drive consistency, efficiency, and best practices across the region.
