About the role
Job Summary
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of sales staff, ensuring daily sales operations run smoothly, and supporting the achievement of sales targets. This role provides coaching, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with company policies.
This job profile is intended for People Managers of 4+ junior to experienced expert-level roles.
Essential Functions:
  • Parts Pricing projects (review of standard mark-ups), as required
  • Promotes spare parts agreements with end users, working with Account Managers
  • Develop strategy and programs for spare parts sales in the America's
  • Develop inventory strategy for all products with CSS Manager and materials management
  • Collect data and report key performance indicators (KPI's) monthly to SPPUS and HQ management
  • Develop programs for Warren parts sales
  • Update reference data base for installed pumps
  • Implement and manage kit programs for process pumps
  • Promotes and supports Parts-on-Line.
  • Develop, maintain and follow CSS procedures according to ISO 9001.
  • Manages inside sales for spare parts Industry and Water.

Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the emergency parts service and its performance.
  • Will travel as required with Account Managers to customer locations.
