Job Description
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
  • Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) preferred.
  • Experience using RF scanners for order processing and inventory management.
  • Ability to operate or obtain certification for an electric pallet jack.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on order accuracy, shipment verification, and inventory control.
  • Ability to read and interpret distribution and shipping documents.
  • Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • General warehouse/distribution knowledge and commitment to safety.

Preferred Experience:
  • Order picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing.
  • Shipping/receiving and inventory management.
  • RF technology and warehouse management systems.
  • Forklift, pallet jack, or other MHE operation.

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push/pull, twist, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse/distribution environment.
  • Must have sufficient vision and hearing to safely operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
