Itron is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Distribution Coordinator to support shipping and receiving operations. This role ensures the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintains records, and facilitates internal routing of materials.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Verify shipments against bills of lading, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Create bill of ladings for products shipped as non -Bill of material
  • Confirm materials received match purchase order documentation
  • Route incoming items to appropriate internal departments
  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records
  • Receive and stock finished goods and raw materials
  • Ship materials using carrier systems (e.g., FedEx, UPS)
  • Move materials between storage and production areas
  • Enter warehouse transactions into Oracle ERP
  • Deliver materials from building suppliers
  • Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Basic understanding of shipping and receiving procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
