What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
  • 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory management
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems
  • Proven leadership skills in supervising and developing accounting teams
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
  • Knowledge of internal controls, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience working with external auditors, banks, and tax advisors

Preferred Education and Experience:
