The Engineering Technical Specialist will provide hands-on technical expertise in the Carbon Monoxide distillation process, ensuring optimal operation and compliance with safety and quality standards.
This role requires a blend of engineering knowledge and practical skills to support the production and purification of Carbon Monoxide, a critical component in various chemical processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain the Carbon Monoxide distillation process, ensuring adherence to established protocols and safety guidelines.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of distillation equipment, including reactors, condensers, and separation units.
Implement and manage calibration, preventive maintenance, and asset management programs specific to the Carbon Monoxide distillation process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement in the distillation operations.
