What does a dispute resolution lawyer do?

A Dispute Resolution Lawyer, also known as a litigation or conflict resolution lawyer, specializes in resolving legal disagreements between parties. They represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and sometimes in court, aiming to reach settlements or favorable outcomes without necessarily going to trial. Their work includes advising clients on their rights, preparing legal documents, and strategizing the best approach to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.

What are some of the most common challenges faced by dispute resolution lawyers in managing client expectations during litigation?

Dispute Resolution Lawyers often face the challenge of managing client expectations regarding timelines, costs, and potential outcomes of litigation.
