AsDirectorAcquisitions & Dispositions, you will leada team of 6 - 8,mentoring and developing early-to-midcareer professionalson our Acquisitions & Dispositions teams. Additionally, you will work oncomplex investment analysis and transaction execution across the Americas.You will help shape both investment outcomes and the future talent pipeline of the organization.

The Director will demonstrate willingness and capability toleverageemerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed, while exercisingsound judgment, creativethinking,andaccountability for outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Talent Development &TeamLeadership

  • Serve as a first-line people leader forAnalyst/Associates,including assigning projects, providing coaching, and supporting performance management.

  • Identify, develop, and mentor early-career talent with an emphasis on building future investmentleaders.

  • Create, organize, and deliver training resources across core areas such as underwriting, market analysis, and investment strategy.

  • Provide real-time coaching through live deal exposure, ensuring analysts gain practical, hands-on experience.

  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive learning environment that emphasizes accountability, analytical rigor, and professional growth.

Transaction & Analytical Leadership

  • Lead underwriting and execution of acquisitions, dispositions, M&A, joint ventures, and portfolio transactions across the Americas.

  • Analyze internal and external investment opportunities, including financial modeling, valuation, and structuring of joint ventures and fund investments.

  • Partner with Regional Leadership toidentifyacquisition targets anddispositioncandidates aligned with corporate strategy.

  • Develop and present investment memos and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and Investment Committee.

  • Identify,anticipate, and capitalize on capitalmarketstrends to maximize value creation.

  • Build andmaintainrelationships with brokers, institutional investors, and capitalpartners;support negotiation of term sheets and transaction documents through closing.

  • Minimum of7+ years of experience executing acquisitions, dispositions, or related investment transactions.

  • Strongexpertisein underwriting, including advancedproficiencyin ARGUS and Excel-based cash flow modeling.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex transactions from sourcing through closing.

  • Passion for talent development, withexperiencementoring, coaching, or managing early-career professionals.

Hiring Salary Range of: $153,600 - $200,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target and LTI) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
