Grandbridge Real Estate Analyst Overview:

Analysts' career paths begin with training that includes modeling, underwriting, and financial analysis training within Grandbridge. Through exposure to a wide variety of lending transactions, Analysts will enhance their financial and industry analysis skills, build expertise in commercial real estate and underwriting, and develop a comprehensive understanding of their portfolio of clients.

Location:

Grandbridge is headquartered in Charlotte, NC, with offices throughout the U.S. in cities including but not limited to Atlanta, Birmingham, Denver, New York, Norfolk, San Francisco and Washington, DC.

The role is specifically for our Atlanta, GA office.

The annual base salary for this position is $80,000 across all locations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Completed BA/BS degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and related training with a scheduled final graduation date of December 2026 through June 2027
  • Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze and report data
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
  • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
  • Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the role
  • Must have been a 2026 Truist Intern

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Commercial Real Estate experience as an analyst, broker, leasing agent or property manager or equivalent.
  • Master's in real estate/Finance or combined Commercial Real Estate experience through internships or other experiences
  • Foundational knowledge of ARGUS Enterprise software and use of 3rd party Real Estate Data Sources (CoStar, REIS, Axiometrics).
  • Overall GPA of 3.5
