Role Description The Front Office Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in Southington. This position is responsible for greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls. Day-to-day tasks include providing administrative and clerical support, such as handling mail, maintaining office records, updating calendars, and preparing basic documents and forms. The Front Office Assistant also helps maintain an organized the main office, supports database management, and assists with other office tasks as needed to ensure smooth front-desk operations.
