What does a dispatching manager do?

A Dispatching Manager oversees the scheduling, coordination, and management of dispatch operations within a company, often in industries like transportation, logistics, or emergency services. Their primary role is to ensure that vehicles, staff, or resources are allocated efficiently and operations run smoothly. A Dispatching Manager needs strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills, typically supported by experience in logistics or transportation management.
