Service Dispatcher & Billing Coordinator

Location: Knoxville, TN Pay: $20 an hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

M Force Partners is seeking a highly organized Service Dispatcher & Billing Coordinator to support daily maintenance and field service operations. This position will coordinate technician schedules, dispatch service calls, communicate with customers and field personnel, and ensure completed work orders are accurately documented and processed for billing.

The ideal candidate has experience with dispatching, service scheduling, billing, or field service coordination and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and dispatch maintenance technicians to customer locations
  • Coordinate daily technician schedules, service calls, and emergency service requests
  • Communicate with technicians regarding job assignments, schedules, changes, and service updates
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointments, service times, scheduling changes, and job status
  • Monitor work orders and ensure completed service calls are properly documented
  • Review work orders for accuracy and completeness before processing billing
  • Prepare and process customer invoices based on completed work and service documentation
  • Enter labor, materials, parts, and service charges accurately into the billing system
  • Follow up on missing paperwork, timesheets, purchase orders, and other required job information
  • Assist with accounts receivable activities and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer information, technician activity, and completed work
