We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher - Scheduling Manager to oversee daily routing, dispatch operations, scheduling, and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, optimize, and manage weekly routes for 6 field technicians
  • Dispatch technicians and coordinate emergency service calls
  • Supervise and support a team of 4-6 employees
  • Communicate regularly with city inspectors and submit the required route information
  • Answer incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
  • Manage scheduling, customer accounts, and service updates
  • Enter new customer information and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with billing processes and automatic payment setup
  • Troubleshoot scheduling and service-related issues
  • Send service and pump-out reports to city inspectors
  • Maintain daily operational logs and technician paperwork
  • Ensure customer information remains accurate and up to date
Qualifications
  • Previous dispatching, routing, scheduling, or logistics experience preferred
  • Customer service and office administration experience required
  • Knowledge of Oregon and Washington roadways is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Smart Service Scheduling Software experience is a plus
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, professional attitude with strong customer focus
  • Team-oriented mindset and leadership ability
  • Typing speed of 40-50 WPM or higher
  • Comfortable working in an environment where grease odors may occasionally be present
