As the primary point of contact for both emergency and non-emergency calls, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between customers and our tow truck drivers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate call logs, gathering essential information, monitoring driver routes, relaying messages, and providing guidance to drivers as needed. This position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where multitasking is key. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently.
This position is for day or night shifts, working 3 ½ 12-hour shifts per week.
