Our successful candidate will have experience interfacing with customers with a high level of professionalism and utmost care, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have a basic understanding of HVAC systems, and strong organizational skills. Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with overtime as needed during peak periods, including panned Saturdays.

Job Details:
Dispatcher
The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the daily scheduling and dispatching of HVAC Service Technicians to ensure maximum productivity, efficient routing, and timely response to our customers. This position serves as a communication hub between customers, technicians, CSRs, various other internal departments, and the service team.
1. Plan daily schedule and update as required
2. Dispatch HVAC Techs to service calls based on priority, proximity, and Technician skill set
3. Communicate all relevant job details to Techs and update them with any changes
4. Provide exceptional customer service, updating customers on Technician arrival times when needed
Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 2 years' experience in HVAC industry preferred; must understand HVAC systems
  • Proficient with dispatch or field service management software/tools
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift throughout each day based on our customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills a must
  • Proficiency on the computer (MS Office, CRM, etc.)
  • Available to work overtime
  • Ability to work Saturdays (planned schedule)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship (no sponsorship available now or in the future)
