Job description

Outbound Dispatch Clerk

Full-Time, Monday - Friday 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM

R+L Carriers has immediate need for an Outbound Dispatch Clerk to work at our China Grove, NC Service Center office. Responsibilities will include answering calls on a multi-line system, redirecting calls to appropriate contacts, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and assisting dispatchers. Other duties may apply as requested by management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
  • Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
  • Dependable and well organized
  • Must be computer literate
  • Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
