Job Summary:

The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and dispatching loads to drivers while ensuring accurate and timely communication of all vital load information. This role supports customer satisfaction by working closely with company drivers and local drayage drivers, inspecting inbound and outbound trailers, and maintaining efficient daily operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Computer literacy and basic personal computer or host terminal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good phone and communication skills
• Ability to follow up on unfinished tasks and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate degree in a business-related or communications field
• Two (2) years of dispatch experience
• Previous dispatch or trucking industry experience
