We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Assistant to support daily logistics and transportation operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This role plays a key part in coordinating deliveries, communicating with drivers, and ensuring schedules run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with dispatching and scheduling deliveries
  • Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure on-time shipments
  • Track deliveries and provide real-time updates on shipment status
  • Enter and manage data in ERP, dispatch, and inventory systems
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and shipping documentation
  • Handle incoming calls and emails related to logistics and delivery coordination
  • Support problem-solving for delays, route changes, or delivery issues
Qualifications
