JLL - Facility Operations Manager (M1)

Transform at JLL as an integrated Facility Operations Manager on a telecommunications client account in our Technology vertical!

Location: Irving, TX 75039
Work Schedule: Onsite, M-F 8 - 5 PM + on call

Travel Requirements: 30%+ greater Dallas area travel to multiple sites

Reports to: Territory Manager

Additional Benefits/Perks: Company vehicle provided

Estimated base salary range: $90,000 - $100,000

What this job involves:

Responsible for the management and operation of the properties and staff as directed in accordance with the standards and procedures of JLL. Develop, Implement, Manage and maintain overall site services, performance, processes, and quality standards for services. Strive towards innovation of services offered, assist with lowering cost of delivery, and works with suppliers to integrate the service into operations while dramatically enhancing the facility experience.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Provide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety.
  • Demonstrated success directly interfacing, with client senior management, vendors, and throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Effectively utilizes data and analytics in the communication of addressing issues and providing solutions and decision making.
  • Work with client, vendors and suppliers to ensure OAT/FAT certificates, warranties and all required manufacturer paperwork is completed.
  • Manage and assist with the development and implementation of the overall Start-up Plan for Projects
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationship.
  • Familiarization with applicable codes, comply with specifications, and ensure standards are met within the scope of company policies and procedures, and in compliance with all federal and state regulations.
  • Preparation of detailed budgets for operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 7+ years of relevant technical experience
  • 1+ years of leadership experience
  • Advanced experience with MS Office suite and CMMS databases
  • Universal EPA / CFC license
Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of building systems, data center, UPS, mechanical, HVAC, etc.
