Warehouse & Dispatch Associate

Location: On-Site

Job Summary

HireFrontier is hiring a Warehouse & Dispatch Associate for a respected client in warehousing, logistics, and distribution. This role blends inventory handling, order fulfillment, and dispatch coordination for someone who values safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Responsibilities

โ—ย  ย  ย  Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and supplies

โ—ย  ย  ย  Pick, pack, label, and stage orders per company standards

โ—ย  ย  ย  Review work orders, shipping docs, and dispatch schedules for accuracy

โ—ย  ย  ย  Coordinate outbound shipments and dispatch activities

โ—ย  ย  ย  Load/unload trucks following safety procedures

โ—ย  ย  ย  Move products between receiving, storage, and shipping areas

โ—ย  ย  ย  Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely

โ—ย  ย  ย  Use scanners and WMS to track inventory

โ—ย  ย  ย  Assist with inventory counts and organization

โ—ย  ย  ย  Maintain clean, safe work areas per OSHA standards
