  • Ensure accurate communication of critical information to drivers, such as load details, customer site addresses, reference numbers, weights, weather updates, optimal routes, etc.
  • Continuously verify assigned loads with drivers, ensuring completion of previous day’s loads, coordination of current day’s assignments, and confirmation of scheduled loads for the following day.
  • Monitor and manage driver vacation, personal, and reset times, escalating concerns as necessary to operations management team.
  • Support drivers on how to properly scan paperwork and troubleshoot simple eLog (PeopleNet) issues.
  • Verify driver pay accuracy by ensuring routing and accessorial pay details are timely entered into the TMW system.
  • Collaborate with the Operations, Safety, Driver Care Centre and Shop team to provide support to team members as required.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers within your assigned fleet for all issues or inquiries.
