Job Description:

As a Dispatcher supporting our Aire Serv team, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the daily schedules of our HVAC technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers. You’ll monitor real-time service status, adjust schedules as needed, and act as a liaison between technicians, customers, and office staff.

This role is key to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch technicians.
  • Answer inbound calls.
  • Check in all equipment and packages delivered to the warehouse.
  • Call customers to schedule installation of new equipment.
  • Take payments on installs and apply payments to jobs.
  • Communicate with technicians, customers, and office staff to support daily operations.
  • Adjust schedules as needed to help maintain efficient service delivery.
  • Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions.


Preferred Job Requirements for a Dispatcher:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Team player who can also work independently.
  • Typing skills are a plus.


Pay:

$15.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on your experience and knowledge as an Install Coordinator and Dispatcher.
