Job Summary:
The person in this position will be responsible for undertaking administrativefunctions for the IT department. Assisting with calls, emails, work orders and settingappointments will be the daily functions. This employee will report to the ITDirector.
EssentialFunctions -
  • Dispatch tickets
  • Submit purchase orders
  • Assign priority levels and dispatch criteria
  • Provide clear tracking of calls and emails toIT staff regarding status or requests
  • Ensure that tickets are efficiently dispatchedand routed
  • Provide administrative functions to establishand maintain positive relations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
