Security Dispatcher / Administrator - Weekend Shifts (2 Openings)
The Guard Alliance Inc is looking for two Security Dispatchers/Administrators to join our team in Concord, CA for weekend coverage.
Pay: $19 - $23 per hour (depending on experience)
Available shifts (one position per shift):
  • Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday, 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday, 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Security Dispatcher/Administrator position include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Perform a wide variety of administrative duties and related work as assigned
  • Answer and direct phone calls with a clear, concise, and professional voice
  • Reply to email, telephone, or face-to-face inquiries
  • Find coverage for late call-offs or new jobs
  • Use scheduling software to adjust schedules
  • Use software to monitor officer activity during all shifts and at all posts
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
  • Resolve administrative issues

Requirements
Position Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Proven administrative experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office software is required
  • Demonstrated ability to be very customer service oriented
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills

Physical/Mental Requirements and Working Environment
  • The job is performed in an office environment
  • The employee must be able to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities
  • Must be able to speak clearly, read, and write English
