Position Overview:

Meathead Movers is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to drive successful daily dispatch operations in a high-performance, service-driven environment. This role is the operational engine of the branch, responsible for ensuring the right vehicles, assets, and crews are dispatched accurately and on time, every day.

As Dispatch Coordinator, you'll own inventory control, lead storage move-in and move-out operations, and uphold the brand's reputation for elite customer service, safety, and damage-free service delivery.

Core Responsibility #1: Oversee Successful Daily Dispatch

Success Looks Like:

  • Correct vehicles, assets, and crews are dispatched on all scheduled jobs.
  • 95% of crews are dispatched within five minutes of scheduled time.

Success is Measured By:

  • Monthly review with Operations Manager.

Key Actions:

  • Arrive early and ensure all vehicles are prepared with proper materials for the job.
  • Review the schedule to look for changes to crew sizes or materials needed before crew arrival.
  • Perform quality checks on all vehicles to confirm cleanliness, organization, and materials.

  • Asset Pandautilized on100% of all dispatched jobs.

  • Monthly review of asset reports with Operations Manager.

Key Actions:

  • Update Asset Panda daily with dispatched materials.
  • Update Asset Panda for returned materials for all jobs completed after hours.


Core Responsibility #3: Manage Daily Operations of Storage Move-Ins and Move-Outs

Success Looks Like:

  • Oversee damage-free stacking of all client items entering storage.
  • Ensure accuracy of theSupermoveStorage Module daily.
  • Lead damage-free delivery of storage items to clients' homes on scheduled days.

Success is Measured By:

  • Weekly review of theSupermoveStorage Module with Operations Manager.
  • Monthly review of damage reports with Operations Manager.

Key Actions:

  • Review the schedule daily toidentifyupcoming storage jobs and schedule accordingly.
  • Lead jobs in the field that are going into or out of storage.
  • Move client possessions from storage vaults to trucks the day before scheduled service to ensure on-time delivery.


Job Type and Compensation:

  • Full time with full benefits package including PTO and 401k with company matching.
  • $17.79 per hour to $23.00 per hour
