About Us: Alvand Transportation is recognized as the fastest-growing and most professional transportation company in Southern California. We are currently seeking a responsible, dedicated, and proactive individual to join our team as a Motor Coach Dispatcher.


Responsibilities:

Dispatch Operations:

  • Coordinate and manage the daily dispatch of motor coaches, ensuring efficient and timely operations.
  • Monitor routes and schedules, making adjustments as needed to address traffic conditions and other factors.
  • Maintain communication with drivers to provide support and resolve issues that arise during operations.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company policies.
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure the safety of passengers and staff.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch operations, including driver logs, route schedules, and incident reports.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on dispatch performance and metrics.

Communication:

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, the dispatch team, and senior management.
  • Keep staff informed of any changes to routes, schedules, or company policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years experience in dispatch operations or a similar role.
