We're a busy resort with 100 guest rooms, 2 restaurants, a tranquil and tropical Spa, picturesque pool and lounge, fitness center, and so much more!

A day in the life...

A Front Desk Agent greets guests, manages check-ins/outs, handles reservations, answers calls, processes payments, and resolves issues, acting as the first point of contact to ensure a positive guest experience.


At this time, we are only considering applicants who reside in the Florida Keys and/or have secured housing for relocation to a commutable distance to Key West, FL.

Requirements

You own this if you have: Previous Front Desk Agent experience, preferably working at a luxury property.

  • Computer and software proficiency: Efficiently using a keyboard, logging in/out, and navigating the operating system(s)
  • Internet and web navigation: Using web browsers, searching for information, and utilizing company online software system(s)
  • Must be able to exert physical effort in lifting 5 pounds to 50 pounds on occasion
  • Push/Pull 50 + pounds on occasion
  • Endure various physical movements throughout the work area
  • Remain in stationary and mobile position for at least 8 hours throughout work shift
  • Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
  • Must have positive attitude
