Minivasive Pain and Orthopedics is looking for a full-time Call Center Representative to join the team!
SUMMARY: The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service. This includes answering and transferring incoming calls, resolving patient inquiries and concerns.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
  • Direct/transfer calls to the appropriate department.
  • Triage incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to emails that arrive using our general office email address.
  • Resolve patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions.
  • Process patient payments and collect co-payments.
  • Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to answer high volume of calls professionally and courteously • Strong organizational and time management skills • Knowledge of medical terminology • Knowledge of ECW or other EMR systems • Knowledge of Microsoft teams, ability to correspond with company departments to assist callers • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
