Job description

RideNow Powersports, with over 50 locations nationwide, is looking for a Administrative Clerk to join the RideNow Tri-Cities Team.
What You'll Do:
The Administrative Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Service Department. This position is responsible for reviewing warranty claims for precision and accuracy, managing department documentation, and providing comprehensive administrative support as directed by the Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Warranty Review & Compliance
  • Claim Accuracy: Carefully review all warranty repair orders, claims, and supporting documentation for accuracy, proper coding, and completeness prior to submission.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and correct errors or omissions on service records to prevent claim rejections or delays.
  • Warranty Tracking: Assist in tracking submitted claims, monitoring payment status, and maintaining organized logs of all warranty activity.

Administrative & Cross-Departmental Support
  • General Manager Tasks: Execute administrative duties, reports, and special projects assigned directly by the Service Manager.
  • Interdepartmental Assistance: Provide routine administrative support to other departments (e.g., Parts, Sales, Accounting) as required to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Record Keeping & Filing: Maintain physical and digital filing systems for service records, customer logs, invoices, and internal correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Draft communications, organize schedule logs, answer incoming inquiries, and manage general office supplies for the service team.

What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ year of admin experience, dealership background a preferred
  • Exciting and engaging phone presence
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
  • Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises-including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas-while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
  • Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
