Job description

Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to support daily office operations and patient coordination. This role includes assisting with front desk duties, calling patients, arranging Uber transportation when needed, and helping ensure smooth communication between the office and patients.

The ideal candidate must be organized, courteous, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive information. All work must be performed in a strictly confidential manner, under a Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA), and in full compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and assist with front desk operations
  • Call patients to confirm appointments, provide updates, and assist with communication
  • Arrange Uber transportation for patients as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and protect confidential patient information
  • Provide professional, respectful, and efficient support to patients and staff
  • Follow office protocols, confidentiality standards, and HIPAA requirements at all times
