This role is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work environment where you can connect with clients from the comfort of your home. • Directly engage with assigned clients through virtual platforms, providing assessment, individual, group, and family therapy.
• Collaboratively work within a multidisciplinary team to achieve common goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to teamwork and effective communication.
• Ensure that all therapeutic interventions are grounded in evidence-based practices while adhering to ethical guidelines.
• Conduct thorough screenings and arrange for more in-depth assessments as necessary to address specific patient needs.
• Create and implement tailored care plans, ensuring coordination of services for seamless patient support.
• Respond to crisis situations when necessary, utilizing crisis intervention techniques to stabilize clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Support quality improvement initiatives by participating in agency committees and contributing ideas to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
• Monitor admission, ongoing treatment, and discharge procedures to ensure that all clients meet their treatment goals.
• Be available for on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned to provide emergency assistance.

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, many of whom belong to under-served demographics. The clientele often presents with complex psychosocial issues, requiring a skilled clinician capable of navigating diverse cultural backgrounds and varied life experiences. Your focus will be on empowering clients to achieve optimal mental health, advocating for their needs, and providing them with tools for sustained recovery.

• Current LCSW license in the state of California is required.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is essential.
• At least 2 years of clinically relevant experience working with mental health clients.
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis management specific to the populations served.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage workloads and ensure client needs are met promptly.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred to better serve our diverse client base.
• Experience working in telehealth or remote service provision settings is highly valued.
