What You'll Do

As aSecurity Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety and responding to incidents with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols and monitor security systems
  • Manage access control at gates, doors, and checkpoints
  • Respond quickly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
  • Write accurate and detailed activity and incident reports
  • Support fire, medical, and disaster response procedures
  • Maintain a professional presence with clients and staff
What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are:

  • Calm under pressure
  • Highly observant
  • Committed to integrity and service
Preferred Experience
  • Security, military, corrections, or law enforcement background
  • Customer service experience
  • Wisconsin Private Security License
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
  • Experience using two-way radios and writing reports
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Clean background check, MVR, and drug screening
  • Reliable transportation or ability to relocate before start date
