Help Esteem Mental Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. • Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments of client needs, considering physical, emotional, and social factors.
• Provide individual and group counseling, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote healing and recovery.
• Employ behavioral management strategies tailored to each client, adapting to changing circumstances and needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create integrated treatment plans aimed at optimal client outcomes.
• Keep detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational policies and regulations.
• Provide resources and support to families, empowering them to facilitate positive change in their lives.
• Stay updated with the latest research and developments in social work and mental health to enhance practice.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse client population reflecting various backgrounds and challenges. Our clients may include adults, children, and families facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your ability to connect with clients empathetically and professionally will be crucial to fostering trust and encouraging engagement in their treatment journeys.

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license valid in California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Three or more years of hands-on clinical experience is preferred.
• Experience working in community health or similar settings, with a focus on underserved populations.
• Demonstrated ability in using evidence-based practices in therapeutic settings.
