Key Responsibilities
Executive Reporting & Communications
  • Build and own an executive-level program view for senior leadership consumption.
  • Produce a weekly executive update on behalf of the GM that clearly communicates:
    • Program progress and overall health
    • Key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards
    • Roadmap and milestone updates
    • Risks, issues, tradeoffs, and decision asks
  • Translate complex program data into clear, concise, and actionable executive narratives tailored for CVP and EVP audiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Program Managers and workstream leads across all programs to gather inputs, validate accuracy, and maintain alignment.
  • Facilitate regular touchpoints to ensure reporting accuracy, dependency awareness, and timely escalation of issues.
  • Act as a connective layer across teams to ensure consistency in status, metrics, and messaging.
  • Influence without authority by driving clarity, structure, and shared accountability.

Program Management & Continuous Improvement
  • (Stretch) Develop or mature program-level project plans where needed to improve execution visibility.
  • Establish and evolve risk, issue, and dependency tracking frameworks across programs.
  • Drive consistency in reporting standards, templates, and operating rhythms.
  • Continuously improve execution hygiene, data quality, and leadership-ready outputs.
