Job Summary:
Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, seeking a Sr. Program Manager to drive transformation and service delivery programs for leading global clients. The role involves managing client goals, ensuring service availability, and maintaining high client satisfaction through effective program delivery and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with other units to develop client specific solution.
• Drive customer workshops, pre-RFP discussions.
• Extend thought leadership for influencing / winning the deals.
• Defining program plan, strategy and business benefits definition and refinement.
• Managing the sponsors and stakeholders of the program.
• Take end-to-end bottom-line responsibility of a pursuit.
• Achieving the program delivery goals with respect to time, budget, functionality and quality according to the program plan.
• Ensuring right staffing for the program and mitigate resourcing issues from different areas where the skills are to be procured.
• Team management and team building.
• Identification and mitigation of risks.
• Creating status report for management – both internal and for customer.
• Assist customer in defining business case for solutions.
• Financial (budget, vendors) management of the program.
• Good networking skills.
• Capability to create, review and challenge estimates.
• Knowledge of Agile practice at program level.
• Ability to identify opportunities and support sales team in growth.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Bellevue, WA or willing to relocate to the area.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 22+ years of relevant experience with majority in Information Technology programs
• 12+ years of relevant experience in managing large complex programs in any one of the industry verticals.
• Experience of managing senior stakeholders and complex eco system including external partners
• Excellent team management abilities
• Effective communication and team leader
• Ability to travel extensively.
