Job description

Restoration / Mitigation Cleaning Technician

We are seeking dependable, hard-working Restoration / Mitigation Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. This position is ideal for candidates with professional cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, restoration, property maintenance, hotel, environmental services, construction cleanup, or disaster cleanup experience.

If you have experience performing deep cleaning in homes, apartments, office buildings, hospitals, schools, hotels, retail spaces, or commercial properties, we want to hear from you.

This role involves cleaning and restoring properties after water damage, mold, fire, smoke, storms, construction projects, sewage backups, and other property-related emergencies. You do not need to fully understand the restoration industry to apply. If you are experienced in detailed cleaning and physically capable of handling demanding work, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do:

  • Heavy-duty deep cleaning of homes and businesses
  • Carpet cleaning and extraction
  • Tile and grout cleaning
  • Floor stripping, waxing, and polishing
  • Upholstery and furniture cleaning
  • Window and glass cleaning
  • Air duct and vent cleaning
  • Odor removal and deodorization
  • Pressure washing and exterior cleaning
  • Sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces
  • Post-construction cleanup
  • Move-in / move-out cleaning
  • Hoarding and biohazard cleanup assistance
  • Smoke and soot cleanup after fires

  • Sewage and flood cleanup assistance
  • Trash and debris removal
  • Contents cleaning and packing
  • Cleaning residential homes, apartments, condos, and high-rises
