Residential & Commercial Cleaning Technician – Disaster Support Ready

PuroClean of Burlington is a trusted leader in property damage restoration, specializing in water, fire, mold, and biohazard cleanup. We are excited to announce the launch of our new residential and commercial cleaning division, and we’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team.
While this role is primarily focused on maintenance cleaning, we are a disaster restoration company at our core. That means during high-volume periods, you may be asked to temporarily assist with restoration projects. If you're someone who thrives in a flexible, team-based environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do at PuroClean of Burlington

  • Provide high-quality cleaning services in residential homes and commercial office spaces
  • Perform duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and restocking
  • Maintain and organize cleaning supplies, equipment, and company vehicles
  • Assist with property restoration cleaning (water, mold, and fire damage) during high-demand periods (with full training provided)
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and represent PuroClean of Burlington with professionalism
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members
What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable, detail-focused, and committed to high standards of cleanliness
  • Willing to support disaster restoration work when needed
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than one moving violation in the last 3 years and no at-fault accidents in the last 5 years
  • Must be insurable under company policy
