You'll help individuals build social skills, manage behaviors, and participate meaningfully in their daily routines. Accurate documentation and attention to health and safety are key parts of your role.Residential DSPs (afternoons, evenings, weekends, overnights): You'll assist individuals in their homes with daily living activities including meal preparation, medication support, hygiene, transportation, and housekeeping. You'll also help teach important life skills such as budgeting, relationship-building, and decision-making.
