Job Title: Senior Program Manager - Enterprise Change Management
Job Location: 100% Remote, Canada
Experience Required: 7+ years
Work Schedule: Support EST Hours (8 AM to 5 PM)
Rate: 80 to 90 CAD PH

Role Summary: NearSource is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Enterprise Change Management to lead portfolio-level organizational change initiatives supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs. This role will drive the design and operationalization of scalable change management mechanisms that improve visibility into cumulative organizational impact, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and enable sustainable adoption across multiple concurrent initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading enterprise change across complex environments, influencing senior stakeholders, and embedding scalable change strategies into planning, prioritization, and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-scale organizational change initiatives across cross-functional programs and platform transformation efforts
  • Define and operationalize a portfolio-level change management strategy focused on cumulative organizational impact
  • Design scalable mechanisms to identify, assess, and manage change signals across concurrent initiatives
  • Integrate change management practices into existing planning, prioritization, governance, and delivery processes
  • Establish operational models that improve visibility into readiness, sequencing, adoption risk, and organizational capacity
  • Enable Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and program leaders to proactively assess and manage change impact within program execution
  • Develop practical guidance, toolkits, and operational frameworks that teams can sustain independently
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across leadership, product, engineering, and partner organizations
  • Coach program leaders on incorporating change readiness, communication planning, and organizational impact assessment into delivery activities
  • Create lightweight escalation and engagement mechanisms for identifying areas requiring additional change intervention or support
  • Influence cross-functional decision-making in highly ambiguous and fast-moving enterprise environments
  • Drive measurable improvements in organizational readiness, adoption predictability, and transformation effectiveness

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience leading change management initiatives across large-scale enterprise transformations
  • Strong program management experience within complex cross-functional environments
  • Experience operating at a portfolio or system level across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Expertise in managing cumulative or overlapping organizational change impacts
  • Hands-on experience designing scalable enterprise change management approaches
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities
  • Experience integrating change management into operational planning and delivery processes
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment without formal authority
  • Experience developing sustainable operating models, governance structures, and enablement mechanisms
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and organizational influence skills
