Our Operations team provides mission-critical support to our sales, customer success, and marketing teams. The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will own and drive the execution of core business system initiatives, applying program management rigor—such as comprehensive requirements gathering, roadmap planning, timeline tracking, and stakeholder communication—to bridge the gap between complex business needs and technical systems architecture. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role ideal for an analytical problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and can lead cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery.

Responsibilities:

● Program Leadership: Partner closely with cross-functional business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Engineering) to scope strategic initiatives and author technical requirements, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and detailed user stories.

● Execution & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, technical projects by establishing project milestones, managing dependencies, proactively mitigating risks, and clearing blockers to ensure predictable, timely delivery.

● Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate regular syncs, communication channels, and status updates across technical and non-technical teams to maintain total alignment on system improvements and the overarching operational roadmap.

● System Optimization: Continuous evaluation of core systems to identify opportunities to maximize application capabilities, scale technical workflows, and improve productivity.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

● Experience: 5–7 years of experience managing technical programs, complex software projects, or enterprise systems implementations.

● Proven track record of translating ambiguous business requests into structured, execution-ready technical documentation, such as system process maps and PRDs.

● Proficient in utilizing project management and issue-tracking platforms (e.g., JIRA) to drive engineering workflows and sprint cycles.

● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to listen intently, influence stakeholders, and communicate technical concepts.

● Strong ability to multitask, prioritize competing high-impact initiatives, and manage time effectively within a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

● A dedicated team player who excels at building consensus and driving collaboration across distinct internal teams.

Preferred Skills:

● Strong quantitative and data analysis skills, with experience leveraging system telemetry and application usage data and making data-driven roadmap decisions.

● Experience creating low-fidelity UX wireframes or interface mockups to effectively visualize user workflows and guide frontend adjustments.
