What are Disability Program Managers?

Disability Program Managers are professionals who oversee and coordinate programs that support individuals with disabilities within an organization or agency. Their responsibilities include ensuring compliance with disability-related laws, developing policies, providing training, and facilitating workplace accommodations. They act as a liaison between employees, management, and external agencies to promote accessibility and inclusion. Disability Program Managers also monitor the effectiveness of disability programs and make recommendations for improvement. Their work is vital in creating an equitable and supportive environment for people with disabilities.

What are some common challenges Disability Program Managers face when coordinating accommodations, and how can they effectively address them?

Disability Program Managers often encounter challenges such as balancing the diverse needs of employees with disabilities, ensuring legal compliance, and navigating limited resources. To address these, effective communication with employees and managers, staying current with accessibility regulations, and fostering strong relationships with HR and external service providers are essential. Proactively educating the workforce and creating clear processes for requesting and implementing accommodations also help streamline support and reduce misunderstandings.

To thrive as a Disability Program Manager, you need expertise in disability laws and regulations, program development, and case management, often supported by a relevant degree and experience in disability services. Role summary
The Senior Global Program Manager, GSI Partnerships is responsible for operationalizing NiCE's global engagement model for strategic GSIs. This role will ensure alignment between the global and regional teams of NiCE's strategic GSI partners and the NiCE global and regional GTM teams, internal functions, and executive stakeholders to increase the speed and consistency of the partner motion and accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, agile, strategically minded, and able to gain consensus and drive action across a lean, cross-functional environment to achieve the stated partnership objectives.
What you will do
• Help define regional and global partner-specific investment and growth plans for NiCE's strategic GSI partnerships.
• Build and maintain the global operating model for strategic GSIs, including maintaining regular global and regional meeting cadence, program governance, and objective execution tracking.
• Track 30/60/90-day execution objectives and translate them into clear workstreams, milestones, and owners.
• Create and maintain a global RACI, org chart, and regional alignment matrix.
• Coordinate closely with regional partner leadership, partner AEs, partner success, enablement, sales, product, and support.
• Drive preparation and follow-up for regular global GSI calls, including agendas, action items, escalation paths, and executive summaries.
• Identify partner capability gaps, NiCE organizational gaps, and internal resourcing requirements necessary to scale the strategic GSI motion.
• Manage program reporting, KPI tracking, and executive-level updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Build repeatable assets and processes that improve partner activation, enablement, and internal coordination.
Required qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in partner operations, partner programs, alliances, strategic partnerships, or cross-functional program management.
• Experience working with global enterprise partners, ideally GSIs or large consulting firms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate across multiple teams, time zones, and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in rapidly evolving environments and building structure from scratch.
Preferred qualifications
• Experience supporting partner motions in enterprise software, CX, contact center, AI, or SaaS.
• Familiarity with GSI business models, co-sell motions, and enablement.
• Experience building operating cadences, governance forums, and performance dashboards.
• Background in partner enablement, partner success, or partner operations
