Responsibilities
The Manager, Leave and Disability assists with the oversight of the policy and administration of the leave and disability programs for all facilities nationwide. Assists with leading the team that administers leave and accommodations request, in accordance to Federal, State, Local laws, including Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and short-term or long-term disability plans for all facilities nationwide. Interprets and administers leave and disability programs and policies in accordance with the applicable federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, etc.).
Compiles and monitors leave and accommodations trends and sets benchmarks and goals to ensure success and action plans as needed. Develop relationships with senior leaders to anticipate service needs and drive solutions. Provide transformational leadership, which continually raises the bar and demonstrates strategic thinking in establishing a long-term plan that delivers business results.

Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Required qualifications:
  1. College degree or at least 3 years' experience in leave administration.
  2. Previous experience coordinating employee leaves, e.g. medical, personal, FMLA, or ADA.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  4. Superior interpersonal skills required.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $74,624.00 to $104,561.60 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
