Integrated Life Choices seeks a detail-oriented, team-building leader for a Vocational Manager position to manage staff and vocational programming. This position ensures proper supports are provided to persons with developmental disabilities in a vocational work environment.
This includes:
• Supervising staff and day-to-day activities within the vocational site
• Writing programs for the individuals being supported
• Ensuring proper documentation occurs, and individual programming is meeting requirements
• Teaching life and vocational improving concepts
• Assisting with staffing, and attending IPP team meetings
• Providing direct support in the vocational setting and ensuring ILC achieves its promise; 'To support people in living a fulfilling life' within an individual's vocational atmosphere

Qualified applicants will:
• Possess a B.A. or B.S. in a related Human Service field in addition to two or more years of related experience working with Developmental Disabled individuals OR a combination of education and experience. Preference will be given to candidates with a combination of experience and a college degree.
• CNA experience preferred
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Be a minimum of 19 years of age
• possess a B.A. or B.S. in a related Human Service field in addition to two or more years of related experience working with Developmental Disabled individuals OR a combination of education and experience. Preference will be given to candidates with a combination of experience and a college degree. Possession of a valid driver's license and proof of continuous car insurance is required.
• Be able to successfully complete and pass all background checks including DMV, Nebraska Adult, and Child Protective Services Central Registry, criminal checks, and references.
