Position: Bilingual Program Director (Case Management Role)

Are you passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and ready to lead with compassion and purpose? DSSW Austin is looking for a Bilingual Program Director to join our growing team and help us deliver high-quality, person-centered care through the CLASS waiver program.

What You’ll Do:
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the assigned program
  • Monitoring services for your assigned client caseload
  • Ensuring compliance with program and licensure standards
  • Supporting and collaborating with office staff
  • Reporting concerns to the Lead Program Director
  • Traveling for client visits and community activities
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field (required)
  • 2+ years of experience providing services to individuals with disabilities (required)
  • Case management experience (preferred)
  • Home health experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CLASS, CBA, DBMD, PHC, or DADS programs (a plus)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • A heart for service and a commitment to empowering others
